Description

Since 2022, the ISU Physical Therapy Department has operated a pro bono clinic for the Pocatello area! It currently benefits the community by providing physical therapy treatment to those who would otherwise not have access to it. We aim to help our community improve their overall quality of life and achieve their health and wellness goals. We have the opportunity to provide comprehensive screening, evaluation, and treatment of a wide variety of injuries and conditions including, but not limited to, joint pain, neurological pain, muscle strains, flexibility limitations, and balance impairments. Our treatments will help community members regain function, decrease pain, and increase their ability to participate in the community. Additionally, the Pro Bono Clinic provides opportunities for ISU DPT students and volunteer providers to serve our community, which aligns with the professional values set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Donations to the Physical Therapy Pro Bono Clinic will allow us to provide better care to our patients, build community outreach, and to thank our volunteer physical therapists who donate their time to the clinic.
